A wonderful little flat in the heart of Bowness. So clean and tidy and facilities were excellent. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back.

We have a 12 month old and wanted to have an easy walking holiday in the lakes at a good price and with convenience. Staying in Bowness meant we were close to a supermarket and restaurants as well as the pier with lakeside cruises (that also function as a nice way to get to other walking destinations around Windermere). Apartment was clean, instructions left, it was quiet and we were provided with a cot. Parking is available but we had to drive down a narrow alley way to get to it - possibly not so great if you have a range rover or the likes. We managed with our little Toyota!

Everything needed was in the apartment. It was very clean and well presented and in an excellent central location, within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, bars and the lake. Parking was a real bonus as well. The only reason for giving 4 stars for services and facilities was that there was no light over the keypad for the front entrance so couldn't see the numbers without a torch in the dark. A minor problem and possibly just a bulb needed. Excellent overall and we would definitely return without hesitation. Thank you!
