Accommodation in detail
Entrance hall with access to the stairs. An open plan living / dining area with two windows and views over the village to the Lakeland Fells and the lake in winter.  The well equipped kitchen is to one side with room for a dining table. There is a  spacious double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge for occasional use.  The modern bathroom has a shower over the bath. A private parking space.

• All have their own bathroom, each has a bath with shower, toilet and washbasin.
• Car Park.
• Good access to rail, motorway and Liverpool and Manchester Airport.
• Open all year.
• Short breaks usually available at 60% of the weekly price
• Friday and Saturday night available at 50% of the weekly price

• We advise guests to take out cancellation insurance.
• A provisional booking may be made by telephone or via the internet.
• A deposit of £100 per week is requested with balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
• Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

“Great location, reasonably priced” Easy walking distance to the lake, the ferries in Bowness, a kayak hire shop, restaurants, bars, park, local cinema and artisan, convenience and souvenir stores. Best town around the island for tourists to stay in my opinion having circumnavigated the lake. Little hill to climb to get to the apartment, but you are in the Lake District... Don't expect too many flat walks! Wouldn't need a car during the stay if you like walking and hiking, Windermere town is close enough to walk as well. Apartment was nice and clean, probably could do with a bit of an update, but for the amount if time you spend there, you won't mind. Owner's comment: All the apartments were updated in November 2015; paint, new lamps, new bedding etc and I think you will be pleased with the changes.
